Does it cost anything for creators to join?: Joining and applying to campaigns is free. CaciSocials keeps 10% of each deal's price; the creator receives the rest.
How do brands pay?: Brands subscribe to a plan to post campaigns. Payment for each booked creator is held in escrow through Stripe when the creator confirms the booking.
When does a creator get paid?: Payment is released when the brand marks the work complete.
What fee does CaciSocials take?: CaciSocials keeps 10% of each deal's price; the creator receives the rest.
Is there a free trial for brands?: Yes. A brand's first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, during which you can run one active campaign.
What if the creator does not confirm?: A booking that is not confirmed within 72 hours is cancelled automatically and the spot is freed.
Can I be both a brand and a creator?: Each account is one or the other, and the choice is permanent. If you need both, use a separate email address.
Can brands see my trips?: No. Trips you add are visible only to you.
